How it Works:

1. Field worker uses the E.T.A. (Expected Time of Arrival) software on his/her mobile phone or PDA to send arrival notification text message or voice message to the house occupier or tenant.
   
   
2. The house occupier receives notification information in the message such as engineers name, estimated time of arrival and a unique password (to give security to the elderly and vulnerable). This increases access rates and the likelihood of someone being in when the engineer tries to gain access.
   
   
3. The engineer can confirm the occupier’s phone number using the E.T.A. application on his/her mobile device. The updated phone number is automatically sent to your property or housing database.
   
   
4. The E.T.A. system has been developed to also be used to send job data direct to the engineer on his/her mobile device e.g. job history, allocation and job scheduling.
