Advance IT's automated service calls or texts your clients or patients with a reminder of their forthcoming appointment with you by collecting the schedule and telephone numbers from your existing system.

How it Works:

  1. Enter the next day's schedule of appointments into your existing system or you can use the Call Reminder System directly.

  2. Set the time when the system is to start contacting people with appointment reminders.

  3. The Call Reminder System will extract the appointments and telephone numbers automatically from your scheduling system.

  4. The Call Reminder System makes a voice call or sends a text message to each person to remind them of their appointment. The person can respond by pressing a digit on their phone (or text back) to respond with:

      • OK
      • Cancel
      • Request Call Back

  5. Your team arrives the next morning to an updated appointments schedule:

      • See what actions people have requested
      • Save time on those cancelling appointments
