Protect staff with check in calls

LoneALERT’s Text-In Service is our Text-In lone worker protection solution and check call system.  It works on any mobile phone that can send text messages.

A simple text message sets up the check call system, intervals can be half-hourly check calls, hourly check calls, two hourly check calls.

In fact any duration of check in call. The secure check call system allows lone workers to guard their own security – if they fail to check in by the appointed time the LoneALERT system will make a check call or series of check calls to ensure they are safe.

Failure to respond will cause LoneALERT to contact the lone workers emergency contact chain, raising the alarm until assistance can be offered to the lone worker who has failed to respond to their check call.

A panic feature, via speed dial on the mobile handset is also included with the standard service.

The Text-In element of LoneALERT  is suitable for any organisation with a number of lone workers in low risk roles, whose general safety and whereabouts needs monitoring.
