• The equipment shares the same network infrastructure to the building as Government departments, and household names Aston Martin and Volvo.
• The equipment's software and electronic "heart beats" are monitored and will automatically call one of three key members of Advance IT Group
• Limited to take corrective action if necessary using the on-site duty technician.
• The building is within 10 minutes drive of one key staff member if the on site technician cannot resolve the issue.
• This situation has never occurred at this new facility and, if it did, the second mirrored system would automatically continue the service whilst technicians repaired the main service.
• The system is backed up and we own the equipment.
